Vehicle street parking that impedes traffic or creates a safety hazard is not permitted.  Our roads are too narrow to permit parallel street parking on both sides of the street; therefore, it is an Owner’s responsibility to ensure  guests and vendors park their vehicles on the same side of the street and do not block another Owner’s access to their driveway or mailbox on the opposite side of the street.

No motor vehicle is permitted to park on a Plantation Point cul-de-sac roadway or grass/plant area.
